What printing process do you offer?

We offer Flat Printing, Thermography (Raised Print), Engraving, Foil, Embossing and Letterpress printing for our custom stationery.

Can you make programs, menus, place cards etc to coordinate my invitations?

Yes, we can make any stationery piece you might need for your event.

I don’t see an invitation layout I like; can you design one for me?

When should I begin working on my wedding invitations?

The process of ordering invitations should begin at 4 - 6 months before your wedding date. This is because your wedding invitations need to be sent out 6 – 8 weeks before your wedding date plus the 4 - 6  weeks in the design and production phases. This will provide ample time for us to produce and deliver your invitations as well as enough time for you to address, stuff and mail them. We are able to accommodate certain rush jobs (additional fees may apply). Invitations in quantities of 50 will require lesser time to produce. The general rule of thumb is to always plan ahead.

When should I mail or send out my invitations?

For a formal event like a wedding, we recommend sending out the invitations 6 – 8 weeks before the event date. For an informal event like a birthday party, you may send out the invitations 3 - 4 weeks before the event.

If I already ordered my invitations and realize I need some more, can this be done?

It is recommended that you order at least 15-25 more invitations and envelopes than you think you need. It is more expensive to produce  fewer invitations that it is to make them in bulk. Our minimum order quantity is 50 invitations.

Do you allow returns?

No, we do not. Because each invitation has been created specifically for you; all sales are final and returns are not accepted. It is important that you read every proof and make sure there are no corrections before giving your final approval.
